TUNA BUN MELTS 
2 oz. diced cheddar cheese
1 can (3 1/4 oz.) tuna, flaked & drained
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
4 English muffins (halves, toasted)
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine diced cheese, tuna, green pepper, sweet pickle and onion. Mix with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Top each muffin half with 1/4 of tuna mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. On 2 muffin halves put cheese on top. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, or until cheese melts. Serves 2.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
