MANDY'S SWEET POTATO PIE 
Pie Crust
2 cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 softened stick butter*
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Note from Mandy: adjust spices and vanilla to your personal preference.

Line pie pan with crust. Mix all ingredients, pour into lined pie pan. Cook for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
