MIZKISTY'S SWEET POTATO PIE 
2 cups freshly baked sweet potatoes
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. good brandy (optional)
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger, allspice, and nutmeg each
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 prepared deep-dish pie crust (Pillsbury)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake pie crust for about 12 minutes to firm up crust before adding filling.

Mix butter and spices together. Set aside about 2 tablespoons to glaze top of pie.

Mix all other ingredients and add filling to pie crust.

Bake pie at 350°F for about 35 minutes or until the center is firm.
