3 c. flour
3 c. zucchini squash, grated
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs

Mix grated squash with liquid ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in an 8"x10" pan or tube pan that has been greased and floured. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
