CHOCOLATE CHIP SQUASH CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) squash
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix everything but the chocolate chips together in one bowl. Dust the chips with a little flour and add 3/4 cup of chips to the batter. Grease and flour a large tube pan; pour in batter. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Cool for ten minutes before removing from pan. Dust the top with powdered sugar when completely cool, or serve as is.
