3 c. grated squash
3 c. sugar
1 c. finely ground nut meats
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix squash, sugar, oil and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to the first mixture. Add nuts. Grease and flour 13"x9" pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
