ITALIAN RICE 
1/4 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1 med. onion
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 med. green pepper
2 cans tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. hot water
Dash pepper
Celery to taste

Cook beef in fry pan; add green pepper, onion and uncooked rice. Stir until lightly browned. Add sauce and remaining ingredients. Mix well and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until rice is tender. Serve while hot.
