TEXAS CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal (plain)
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, well beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. corn
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. green peppers, chopped

Mix all together. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
