GOLDEN POTATOES AND HAM 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter and flour
1 1/2 c. Borden milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
2 c. cubed cooked ham

In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour until smooth. Add milk, Worcestershire, mustard and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted. Add potatoes, beans and ham.

Turn into greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover; bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish as desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
