CRUNCHY COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter; add sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Last, add the corn flakes, oatmeal, coconut, and nuts. Roll into small balls and place about 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly brown on the edges.
