BEETS IN HONEY SAUCE 
Cooked beets
1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. honey

Blend cornstarch into melted butter and gradually stir in lemon juice, water and honey. Heat well and stir until mixture boils and begins to thicken. Add salt and beets.
