HONEYED BEETS 
1/2 c. honey
2 (1 lb.) cans sliced beets
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
2 tbsp. butter

In saucepan blend honey, vinegar and 2 tablespoons beet liquid. Add butter, beets and onion rings. Simmer until heated thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Do not over cook as onion ring should remain crisp.
