CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. lukewarm milk
1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in)
1/8 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 1/2 c. flour

Add milk, put yeast in milk; add eggs, sugar, salt; mix well. Sift 1 3/4 cup flour; mix well. Beat in 1 1/2 teaspoon melted butter; mix well then add rest of flour. Knead dough (add flour if sticky), let raise to double in size. Punch down and roll out.

Filling: Melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Spread butter on dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll and cut into 3/4 inch slices. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Ice with maple icing while slightly warm.
