SWEET AND SOUR CUBED STEAK 
4 cubed steaks
3 tbsp. fat
Flour
Salt and pepper
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. water

Melt fat in heavy skillet. Dip steaks in flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown with onion in hot fat. Add all the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook slowly until meat is fork-tender, about 20 minutes.
