BARBECUE CUBE STEAKS 
4 cube steaks
1/4 c. flour
Salt
Pepper
3 tbsp. drippings
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Dredge steaks with flour. Season. Brown steaks in drippings. Add chopped onion and brown lightly. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over steaks. Cover and cook slowly until meat is tender, approximately 30 minutes or more.
