SWISS CUBED STEAKS 
1 1/2 lb. cubed steaks
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stalk celery, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Shake the steak in a plastic bag with flour, salt, pepper until well coated. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serves 4.
