CUBED STEAK 
3 or 4 pieces cubed steak
1 - 1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil

Mix flour, salt and pepper together on plate or waxed paper. Coat steak with flour mixture. Have oil hot in frying pan. Add steak. Brown on one side on medium heat. Turn brown on other side. Remove to a platter.

MILK GRAVY: In drippings in fry pan add about 1/3 cup flour, stir and let get brown. Add some salt and pepper. Add about 2 or 2 1/2 cups of milk, stirring constantly. Continue cooking until thick. Serve with steak.
