PIZZA BISCUITS 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 jar pizza sauce
2 cans biscuits
1 (3 c.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Spray muffin tins with Pam. Fry sausage, scrambled, until brown and drain on paper towel. Flatten biscuits in palm of hand. Place 1 tablespoon pizza sauce in each tin. Divide sausage evenly in each. Divide cheese evenly on top of that. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
