GARLIC BREAD 
1 loaf French or Italian bread, sliced lengthwise

1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan or Romano grated cheese
Pinch of parsley, oregano and basil
Chopped garlic (as much as you like - at least 5 cloves)

Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of cut side of bread. Place in 350 degree oven and bake until lightly browned.

(Any leftover garlic mixture can be frozen and used at another time.)
