EASY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef (ground round)
3 med. potatoes
1 or 2 med. onions
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
Grated sharp cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Slice potatoes, peeled or unpeeled. In a casserole dish place in layers. Potatoes, meat and onions. Pour soup over all and bake until potatoes are done, about 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and put back in oven until it melts. Garlic cheese may be used if desired. Very quick and easy. Serves about 4.
