4 pkgs. Ramen noodles, 1 hot & spicy 16 oz. frozen vegetables Meat trimmings Garlic powder 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. ginger Put non-stick skillet on high. Put in frozen vegetables (no fat). Cover and let fry for about 3 minutes. Add meat, garlic, pepper, soy sauce and ginger. Add one flavor packet. Cook until vegetables are tender crisp. Meantime, bring to a boil 3 cups water and 2 flavor packets. Add the 4 packets of noodles and cook about 3 minutes. Then toss together and serve. |
