VEGETABLE NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cook 1/2 time 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, partially thawed 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli pieces 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 c. sour cream 1 med. onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. shredded Muenster or Cheddar or both cheese Cook noodles; drain return to pot. Add all ingredients and mix gently. Transfer to 9 x 13 inch dish. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake additional 10 minutes or until lightly brown. |
