20 Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter

Crush Oreo's and mix with butter. Press into a greased 13x9 inch pan covering bottom only. Freeze.

FILLING:

1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. butter
2 cans Pet milk

Soften ice cream and spread over cookie crust. Refreeze. Melt semi-sweet chocolate with sugar, butter and milk. Cook mixture until thick (over low heat). Let cool completely and spread over ice cream layer. Freeze again.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Dream Whip
Chopped pecans

Mix Dream Whip and spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Cover with foil and freeze.

This dessert takes some time to make because each layer must be frozen.
