SPICED LAMB 
2 lbs. lamb, cubed
1/2 c. lime juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. chili powder
4 sm. onions
8 slices pineapple
4 sm. tomatoes
1 green pepper, quartered

Combine lamb and the next 7 ingredients. Marinate for 12 to 24 hours. Then place lamb on skewers alternately with remaining ingredients. Broil until brown and tender, turning several times. Serves 4.
