SPICED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions
Oregano
Basil
Parsley
Salt
P epper
1 egg
1 big can of tomato sauce
1 c. brown sugar
2 or 3 tbsp. vinegar

Take 1/4 of the tomato sauce and 1 onion, chopped very fine and mix with the meat and seasonings and 1 egg. Make the meatballs. Mix the remaining sauce with the vinegar, brown sugar, and sliced onion. Add to above. Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
