POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. each light brown sugar & granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. flour mixed with 1 tsp. baking soda

Beat butter, sugars and eggs until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, potato chips and flour mixture until well blended. Shape into 3/4" balls and place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. If dough is too sticky, chill for 1/2 hour. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 1/2 minute on rack; cool completely. Makes 84. Will keep 2 weeks in air tight container in a cool, dry place.
