MOM'S POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. (5 oz. pkg.) potato chips, ground
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine butter and sugars. Add eggs and beat well. Add ground potato chips, butterscotch chips and vanilla. Sift together flour and baking soda, and stir into rest of ingredients. Bake on greased cookie sheet, 1 teaspoon for each cookie, at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 100 cookies.
