MACKERAL-POTATO CHIP CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
1 can mackeral
2 c. potato chip crumbs

Blend well the melted butter and flour. To this add the soup and water, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened. Add the mackeral and 2/3 of the potato chips. After mixing well, pour into a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining potato chip crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. This recipe serves 6.
