CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 1 cup butter, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 cup of water; put in a sauce pan and bring to a rapid boil. Mix 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar; combine above 2 mixtures, add 1/2 c. buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. vanilla, mix well. Bake on a cookie sheet (15 x 10 x 1) for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

ICING: 5 minutes before cake is done, combine 1/2 c. butter, 6 tsp. milk and 4 tsp. cocoa. Bring to a boil in sauce pan. Remove from heat immediately. Add 1 box of confectioners sugar. Beat; then add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 chopped nuts. Ice while hot.
