WON TON SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh won ton skins, sliced into thin strips
3 chicken breasts
1 bundle green onions
4 strips celery
1/2 to 1 head lettuce
1/2 bundle cilantro or parsley

Deep fry won tons in 2 inches of oil, brown quickly and drain. Bake chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cut into strips and refrigerate. Cut green onions and celery into two inch strips. Cut lettuce into strips and chop cilantro. Toss all greens and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour salad dressing and toss all ingredients together.

SALAD DRESSING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. Japanese rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp. red wine

Toast sesame seeds, grind, and add all the ingredients. Blend well and refrigerate.
