WON TON SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 pkg. won ton skins, slice in half and deep fat fry until brown and crispy (oil approximately 300 degrees); break in half
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 head lettuce, cut as for tossed salad
2-3 c. whole green onions, sliced
1 1/2 c. sesame seeds (optional)

Combine all ingredients except won tons. Add dressing and broken won tons just before serving.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 tsp. MSG
Dash pepper
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Blend in blender. Add 1 cup oil slowly while blending.
