BROWN SUGAR GLAZED MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground meat
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten

GLAZE:

4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chili sauce

Mix milk and bread crumbs and set aside. Mix meat, soup mix and eggs. Now add bread crumbs. Mix in large bowl. Line loaf pan with Saran. Press meat firmly into pan. Wrap Saran wrap over top and refrigerate 2 hours.

Remove and place on rack in roasting pan. Spread glaze over loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Cover with foil for last 45 minutes so top won't burn.
