BROWN SUGAR GLAZE 
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan; place over low heat and bring slowly to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Add lemon juice. Use on fruit cake or rich yeast rolls.
