PISTACHIO NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Cream cake mix, oil, pudding mix and eggs. Mix in sour cream. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.

Pour half of cake mixture into lightly greased bundt cake pan. Sprinkle half of sugar and cinnamon mixture into center of pan and swirl around. Pour remaining cake mixture into pan and sprinkle top with rest of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
