CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. coconut (opt.)

Beat sugar and butter well. Add eggs, one at a time, add cornmeal along with milk, vinegar, vanilla and coconut. Pour into unbaked pastry and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
