SAUSAGE, RICE AND SOUP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. celery leaves, chopped
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 pkg. chicken noodle soup
1 c. white rice

Fry sausage just until some grease is out. Take meat out and cook celery leaves and onions until tender. Boil 5 cups of water. Add 2 packages of chicken noodle soup and boil 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of rice. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until rice is tender.
