SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
2 c. sugar 1/2 lb. butter 3 eggs, beaten 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain 2 c. cubed bread Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add beaten eggs to creamed mixture. Fold in undrained pineapple and cubed bread. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until edges are slightly brown. Use as a dessert or side dish. Good hot and cold. |
