SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can chunk pineapple (save 2/3 of juice)
4 c. sliced bread (cut in small cubes)

Cream butter and sugar together. Add remaining four ingredients. Fold all together.

Bake in greased dish at 375°F for 45 minutes. Serve with pork (ham) or chicken.
