SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 lg. can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
4 c. cubed French bread, trimmed
2 sticks butter, melted
3 whole eggs
2 c. sugar

Put pineapple in bottom of 9"x13"x2" pan. Spread bread over pineapple. Beat eggs, butter and sugar together and pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
