Delicious! I didn't add lemon, instead I used lemon pepper! I put it over fettuccine noodles with chicken and broccoli.

I used low fat peanut butter and low sodium soy sauce so I had to adjust for the flavors with more brown sugar and soy sauce. I also wanted the sauce slightly thinner so I added more water. This just shows how versatile the recipe is, using the ingredients you are already putting in. I am now looking for other things we can put this sauce on top of. OMG!!! I never thought this sauce would be so good!! I was in a rush and my vegetable stir-fry was plain Jane, so I goggled peanut sauce and picked this one because of time constraints and all easy available ingredients! My husband really liked it and I threw it on the veggies and voilà!!! Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU! To be repeated in the future!

Love this recipe! It is the only peanut sauce my kids will eat on satay chicken as it's not too spicy for them. Hubby adds fresh chilli to spice his up when it's served.

I didn't have any lemon, so substituted some lime juice, and added some chili powder. YUMMY and EASY-PEASY!

This was amazing. I cut the recipe in half and poured it over leftover spaghetti noodles, I'll even have enough for lunch tomorrow. Even though I didn't add garlic it still was great.
