VANILLA SAUCE 
2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

In saucepan combine cream and sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. In another bowl, beat egg yolks. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Mix and add to cream. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat. Add ice cream. Stir until melted. Strain sauce through a fine sieve. Serve hot or cold.
