12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 lg. can chow mein noodles
1 c. cashews (optional)

Melt butterscotch chips in double boiler, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. In large bowl mix with chow mein noodles, add nuts. Drop in clusters on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
