1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. corn oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Cream butter with sugar. Add corn oil and mix well. Add 2 eggs, then add 1 teaspoon vanilla, flour, salt, soda, and cream of tartar. Mix all ingredients well. Roll into balls walnut size, roll in granulated sugar and flatten. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Sprinkle tops with sugar while warm.
