TURKEY CUTLET MARSALA 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. turkey breast cutlets
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. marsala wine
2 tbsp. parsley

Brown cutlets, remove, cook mushrooms and onion-add wine and parsley-add cutlets to skillet. Simmer to heat.
