TURKEY CUTLETS 
1 lb. turkey cutlets
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Dash of pepper and paprika
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. marsala wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix flour and cheese. Sprinkle cutlets with pepper and paprika and dust with flour mixture.

Combine butter and oil in pan and heat. Brown cutlets in heated oil and butter and sprinkle with a dash of garlic salt while browning. Add wine and lemon juice and simmer 15 minutes.
