TURKEY CUTLETS 
1 pkg. turkey cutlets
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 c. or so bread crumbs (I used herb croutons, crushed)

SAUCE:

1/2 c. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. water
1 shallow, flat pan sprayed with non stick oil

Coat cutlets with egg white and coat with bread crumbs. Place on pan and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Turn and bake 4 to 5 minutes longer. Make Sauce: Just combine marmalade with water and warm in microwave about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve over cutlets.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
