GRITS AND CHEESE | |
1 c. grits 4 c. water 1/4 lb. butter 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 2 eggs and milk to equal 1/2 c. Cook grits in water until thick. Add butter and cheese; then add eggs and milk. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours in a covered 9 x 13 inch pan. Serves 8-10. |
