GRITS CASSEROLE | |
1 c. grits (cooked) 1 tsp. salt 4 c. water 1 stick butter 1/4 - 1/2 lb. Velveeta 1/4 lb. sharp cheese 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/3 c. milk Cook grits until done, then add butter, cheese, eggs and milk. Stir until melted. Cook 325 degrees 1 hour. |
