TEXAS SUNDAY GRITS 
1 1/2 c. quick cooking grits
6 c. boiling water
1 stick butter
1lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
3 well beaten eggs
12 drops Tabasco sauce
Dash of garlic salt

Boil water with 1 teaspoon salt. Add grits. Cook and stir until thick. Add remaining ingredients and stir until melted. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake 1 hour or until crust is fairly firm at 350 degrees. Good with grilled turkey or chicken.
