CHILI MEAT SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef or pork
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. crushed dried red chili pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano (crushed)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cold water
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

In saucepan cook beef or pork, onion, and garlic until meat is browned and onion is tender (break up meat as it cooks). Stir in chicken broth, chili pepper, oregano, cumin and salt. Cook covered, over low heat about 1 hour.
